A typical day includes:

• Be every player’s trusty advisor.
• Respond to gamers’ questions via email.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Investigate and report bugs to the development team.

• Fluency in Russian and good English as a second.
• Gaming experience – you have played games, and you can relate to a player’s concept, community, mindset, and jargon.
• Empathy and understanding a player’s perspective when tackling their issues
