Requirements:

Must speak good English (for training and communication) and professional Spanish for the job itself! (Chat and Email only)

Candidates must have previous experience in the Customer Support field

Comfortable working on computers

Computer skills, fast and accurate keyboard writing speed

A stable (cable or wi-fi) internet connection is a Must

Power back-up (UPS or similar)

Must have Personal Computer or Laptop

Have a high school diploma

Enjoy working and know how to help people

Job Description:

Answering customer’s questions via live chat and email.

Helping clients with their issues and guiding them to the right answers

Working in Spanish. Training, and communicating with the teams in English.
