Requirements:
Must speak good English (for training and communication) and professional Spanish for the job itself! (Chat and Email only)
Candidates must have previous experience in the Customer Support field
Comfortable working on computers
Computer skills, fast and accurate keyboard writing speed
A stable (cable or wi-fi) internet connection is a Must
Power back-up (UPS or similar)
Must have Personal Computer or Laptop
Have a high school diploma
Enjoy working and know how to help people
