Outbound Calls Representative

We are looking for an Outbound Calls Representative (FULL-TIME JOB, OFFICE) (PHONE)

Requirements:

Must speak good English (as a second language for training and communication) and fluent or professional Hindi for the job itself!

Candidates can have previous experience (but not necessary) in Outbound Calls, Sales, or Marketing

Comfortable Speaking on the Phone and working with computers

A Desktop or Laptop with a wired(cable) Internet connection or stable WIFI is a must

Are at least 18 years of age or older

Job Description:

Calling a list of customers and helping them with solving their issues, or giving them instructions Promoting the newest products

Solving customer’s questions and resolving their issues via the Phone

(Office-based – Nepal)

Working in Hindi, Training, and communicating with the teams in English.
